Modern Elegant House (4 Bedroom and parkings)

Great location and big enough for the whole family. Positive: Location is great. House is roomy and has everything you need. Accomodated 7 of us easily. Would happily stay again.

Great location and great price. Positive: Instruction for key collection was very good. Property location was great for exploring Adelaide. Very quite neighborhood. House setup was good for large group. Multiple areas that people could go and relax. Washing machine and dryer very handy when staying for a week. Negative: The house needs some attention to cleanliness. Inside of cupboards need cleaning and wiping down.

Overall a very pleasant stay, lovely hosts. Positive: Beautiful, spacious house, and hosts were very nice. Has a beautiful kitchen with a dishwasher, plus 2 outdoor areas. The 3 double bedrooms, plus a 4th room with an adorable bunk & single bed, was perfect for our family trip. All major things were very clean, ie the bench surfaces (i always wipe over hotel surfaces with disinfectant wipes on arrival, and was pleasantly surprised), and the bathrooms and toilets were scrupulously clean. The laundry was great too. Negative: Some minor cleaning items needed some attention. Ie, leftover food items from the previous tenant, and a few other minor items, eg outdoor table was very dusty and had bad spider webs under it, the kitchen cupboard doors/handles needed wiping down, the bin was very dirty and smelt a bit bad so we chose not to use it etc. There were some things provided unexpectedly in the pantry that were nice (ie vegemite, tomato sauce etc), but no milk for coffee/tea and only 1 tea bag was provided. Also, there was only 1 partly used toilet roll provided for each toilet, but we found more rolls in the garage, luckily. Also, hosts ask all tenants to take out all the bins from inside the house to the outside bins on departure, and take out all 3 big bins to the roadside if it's a Monday. Seems a tiny bit much, as usually the cleaners that come after each tenant generally take care of such things in all the properties i have stayed in (and I've stayed in hundreds, from 2-5 star). But just minor complaints, overall was a very pleasant stay.
